TRIAD version for the clinical research instances will be upgraded to v4.19 on July 22, 2021 starting at 4:00pm ET. During this upgrade TRIAD services will be down and users will not be able to install the client or login and upload data using TRIAD client.
MFA for TRIAD access is enabled on May 5th, 2021 at 8pm ET for TRIAD Custom and/or Clinical Trials domains.
This change is an ACR Organization policy that is being rolled out across multiple ACR applications and systems. Multifactor authentication (MFA) helps protect data by adding an additional layer of security, making it harder for your account to become compromised.
What you need to know:
- The next time you log into TRIAD following the update on May 5, 2021 at 8pm ET, you will be prompted to enroll in at least one of four multifactor options through our sign-in service – Okta for your ACR Login (see additional documentation attached)
- Once enrolled, your authentication using one of these options will be valid for 30 days; once 30 days has passed, you will be asked to login again using your enrolled MFA option
