    General Announcements

    The ACR monthly maintenance event that occurred on March 23, 2019 for all production servers is now complete.  All TRIAD applications (CT, DIR, ATI, IR) are back online. 


    TRIAD Clinical Trials v4.14 is scheduled to be deployed at 4pm on March 26, 2019.  TRIAD for Clinical Trials production servers will be down during this time. Servers are expected to be back online by 7:00am EDT on March 27, 2019. When you launch the TRIAD Windows Client after the upgrade, your client will automatically be upgraded. 

    Users can submit to five possible domains [Clinical Trials, Clinical Trials (NCI Oncology), IDEAS, Industry and Clinical Trials (Custom)].  All five domains will appear in the pulldown in the client application upon startup, but separate accounts for login are required for each domain.

    This version of the software will require the following prerequisites:

    *Note:  Other versions of Visual C++ can be on the workstation.  However, Visual C++ 2010 and Visual C++  2012 must be on the workstation in order for TRIAD to run.

    We strongly suggest checking your system to make sure that these required components are installed.  All users currently running TRIAD will be prompted to upgrade to the latest release version.

    Administrative privileges are required to install or upgrade these components.
